wowees. It was a SUPER happening 3 days.

Friday, we went to setup at lasalle. FUN FUN! turns out we didnt have class, so we didnt miss anything not going for lessons on friday. FIRST, ate FREE FOOD at des LT. they had the talk for the design possibilities thing, and i was in school taking the storyboard before i left for lasalle. Filled my stomach with fruit tarts, eclair and sandwiches. cost: $0

For lunch at lasalle, it was LAKSA! cost: $3. We tabao-ed and had picnic at their grass patch before proceeding to nua and sleep on the grass.

At night, after CAID-ing. I went to church for CAMP! Had filet-o-fish student meal : $4.50. Relaxed and nua-ed in Camp with minn and gek. wahahaha.

At night, we went MACS! the girls had ice cream cone. and i had one too. NOPE, actually i had 2 cuz got 1 extra. and minn treated me apple pie! yeah~~~~ apple pie and 2 ice cream cone: $0

Sleep//

Morning, breakfast walk to kovan and tabao-ed breakfast. 30cents soyabean was breakfast, with koped chee kueh from minn and yam cake and cheecheongfan from gek.

then proceeded to sp to look at them compete. With 70cents, i settled lunch with a beehoon. WOWEES. left sp at ard 4.

and was so thirsty when i reached bugis and i realized i forgot to refill my bottle. >.< Went NTUC for a cheap drink. oh wait, or was it cold storage. anyways, was pondering hard when i saw hy, and got free chocs to eat. wooohoo. filled stomach with chocs : $0.80

walked to lasalle, and waited for the opening buffet. Stuffed with eclair and cream puff and sushi: $0 woooo. it was the opening for the exhibition at lasalle, but the opening was really a closing for us in this project. Kinda sad and i think i'll miss working with my group. WOAHSH. 3 months ago we were still alien to each other, and in that classroom blur blur forming groups. 3 months later, we're like crazy friends that have known each other for a long time. why ah, i also dunno. FB for PICS!

back to church for NIGHT WALK! NICOLE was there. but she went back earlier.
ahahaha. it was fun scaring the juniors. i applied what i learnt in design schoool. AND i executed the perfect ROFL.

then it was jenga then sleep.

i was wondering,

why does so many people love apple ipod and ithings?
(even my mother got an iphone)


apple products generally ARE very generic, and they almost have no personalisation features at all. (meaning, they all look the same) but somehow they still sell.

it's like, now when you think of getting an mp3, you'll thing, ohhh, why not get an apple ipod? classic, nano, shuffle, blah.

even though, EVERYONE has it. you still will want one. WHY?



weird isnt it.

i've concluded that its probably due to the product sematics and emotions that exude from the apple ipod. They have this nice company identity, very soft curves along the iphone/pod with the circle and rectangle kinda exterior. and its probably very popular due to its simple and easy to identify interface too. compared to other touch phones, iphone's icons probably are the most colourful and striking due to their 'box box' kinda layout.

and the best thing is,
even my 3 yr old cousin can work an iphone.


but still,
its amazing isnt it?
